Donations to the Garden Club of Palo Alto Charitable Trust

The Garden Club takes online credit card payments or checks for donations to the Garden Club of Palo Alto Charitable Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization EIN #94-6123327.

Please scroll down and click on the green button which says “Click to Donate” for a credit card donation.

If you prefer to donate by check please make the check payable to “Garden Club of Palo Alto Charitable Trust” and mail it to the Treasurer. The official address of the GCPA CT is PO Box 898, Palo Alto, CA 94302. For the convenience of the Treasurer please mail checks directly to 1933 Waverley St., Palo Alto, CA 94301 if possible.

If you would like to make a donation ”in honor of“ or “in memory of” someone, scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the directions before you complete the donation form.

All donations are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a written confirmation for tax purposes.

To send an email to the Treasurer to inform her of your donation, or to make it in memory or someone, please use this link: gcpatreasurer@gmail.com

To make a donation “in honor of” or “in memory of” someone, use this FORM.

  • The form is a pdf – “fill-in-the-blank” which you can fill out on your computer.
  • To save your information, use the “Save As” function and save the file with your name in the title.
  • Either print the form and mail it to the Treasurer, or email the Treasurer and include the form as an attachment.
  • If you donate on the website, indicate in the ‘comment’ section of the donation screen that the donation is in honor/memory and how you have sent the form.

Funds from the Trust support the philanthropic work of the Garden Club which is to encourage an interest in gardening, horticulture, artistic use of flowers and plants, conservation of natural resources, and allied subjects; to educate the community in these subjects; and to assist in the beautification of public areas in the City of Palo Alto and surrounding communities. The Project Funding Committee of the Club is charged with fulfilling these responsibilities.
